Welcome to ArabCast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ArabCast streaming service, website, and applications (collectively, the "Service") operated by VidOpt LLC ("ArabCast," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1. Service Description
ArabCast provides a live streaming service offering access to 400+ Arabic television channels, including but not limited to:
- OSN channels
- beIN Sports channels
- MBC network channels
- Regional Arabic entertainment channels
- News and documentary channels
Service Availability: The channel lineup may change at any time. Channels may be added or removed at our discretion without prior notice. We strive to maintain a diverse selection of quality Arabic content.
2. Eligibility
To use ArabCast, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or
- Be at least 13 years of age with verifiable parental or guardian consent
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing:
- A valid email address
- A secure password
3.2 Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
3.3 Account Restrictions
Each subscription allows streaming on a limited number of devices simultaneously. Sharing account credentials with others outside your household is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal
- Subscriptions are prepaid for the selected period
- Your subscription will be activated within 60 minutes of successful payment
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
6. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
6.1 Refund Process
- Contact our support team at support@arabcast.tv to request a refund
- Refund amounts are calculated based on the remaining subscription period
- A processing fee may apply depending on the payment method used
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
6.2 Non-Refundable Situations
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Subscriptions fully consumed
7. Acceptable Use
When using ArabCast, you agree NOT to:
- Record, download, or capture any streaming content
- Redistribute, rebroadcast, or share streams with non-subscribers
- Use VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Share your account credentials with others outside your household
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
8. Content & Restrictions
8.1 Content Ownership
All content streamed through ArabCast is owned by the respective content providers and broadcasters. ArabCast provides access to this content under licensing agreements.
8.2 Content Availability
- Channel availability may vary based on licensing agreements
- Some content may be subject to blackout restrictions
- Live events may have separate viewing restrictions
- We reserve the right to modify the channel lineup at any time
8.3 Streaming Quality
Streaming quality depends on your internet connection speed. We recommend:
- Minimum: 5 Mbps for SD quality
- Recommended: 10+ Mbps for HD quality

10. Intellectual Property
The ArabCast name, logo, website design, applications, and all related trademarks are the property of VidOpt LLC. You may not:
- Use our trademarks without written permission
- Copy or imitate our website design or branding
- Claim affiliation with ArabCast without authorization
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free streaming
- Availability of specific channels or content
- Compatibility with all devices
- Specific streaming quality levels
Streaming quality and availability may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
- Your internet connection speed and stability
- Source signal quality from broadcasters
- Network congestion
- Device performance
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArabCast and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or outages
- Third-party actions or content
- Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Service at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your paid period.
13.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Record or redistribute our content
- Fail to pay for the Service
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification
- Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
